New Year, New You – Get Fit

This blog-post is targeted for people who want to work out, but feel they don’t have time, or they don’t have the money.
We both like working out from home, and we don’t like to spend a lot of time working out.

The most important thing about any workout routine is consistency.
To keep doing it 3-4 times a week, and in the end you will see results.
You just can’t give up on yourself.
They say the first month of working out, you will see results,
the 2nd month your closest friends will see your results, and after 3 months everyone else will.
We both workout to YouTube videos.
They have so many to pick from, so we never get bored.

  1. Thanks for sharing! I’m trying to work out more this year but I have yet to get a membership. Trying to avoid the New Year’s Resolution crowds for the month of January haha. This looks like something I can do at home!
