We both like working out from home, and we don’t like to spend a lot of time working out.
The most important thing about any workout routine is consistency.
To keep doing it 3-4 times a week, and in the end you will see results.
You just can’t give up on yourself.
They say the first month of working out, you will see results,
the 2nd month your closest friends will see your results, and after 3 months everyone else will.
We both workout to YouTube videos.
They have so many to pick from, so we never get bored.
